HR Consultant/Technology Manager
Tyler Piper draws on his background as an HR generalist and brings a deep understanding of HR technology. He has served as a Compensation Analyst for the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast (HRACC). Prior to joining SharedHR, Tyler served as the Human Resources Generalist for a third-party administrator, where he led a technology transition to a web-based HRIS. Tyler graduated from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, with a BA in Business Administration/Human Resources Management. Tyler also holds a master’s degree from the University of Southern California. Tyler holds the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
