Employee Records
- Track current and historical information on employees including contact information, emergency contacts, position and classification, EEO classification, work authorization, paid time off balances, payroll deductions, benefits elections, user-defined custom fields (track and report on virtually any data you like).
- Track historical information on position/salary adjustments, performance reviews, counseling sessions, training sessions, leaves of absences, work-related injuries and illnesses, COBRA, employment separations and more.
- Upload documents such as the actual performance reviews and attach them to records to create virtual online personnel files. If desired, this information can be provided to managers regarding their direct and indirect reports.
- Future-dated actions can be recorded and will not take effect in the system until the specified date as specified by the user.
